Northstar Mountainside facility comprises of Home Run, which includes 16 extravagant townhomes that has a direct link to on-mountain ski runs; and The Glades, which is a unique collection of 25 traditional home sites crafted with sophisticated ski infrastructure with framed bridges, ski ways, and tunnels facilitating access to each home from the slopes.

Both the communities were open for public view between December 28-30, and proprietors toured the custom homesites at The Glades, and the creatively designed luxury townhomes at Home Run.

Ranging up to 1.42 A, each unique homesite at Glades is specifically designed for natural, artistic views of the Martis Valley, Carson Range, and peaks of Donner Pass. East West Partners, besides designing the homesites to synchronize with nature, has also invested in the community’s popular ski infrastructure. This includes two skiways between Northstar ski runs and the Timberline lift, linking a series of ski tunnels and bridges facilitating access to the slopes.

The Home Run’s 16 paired, luxury townhomes are nestled between two ski runs providing access to Northstar. The community is perched beneath the Lake Tahoe, new Ritz-Carlton, and its Highlands gondola. Each home is provided with options including three or four bedrooms and three or five bath, and a two-car garage. Home Run is meticulously designed to achieve the U.S Green Building Council’s Silver LEED Certification.

Both The Glades and Home Run have access to the Five Star amenities of The Ritz Carlton, Lake Tahoe, and to the Village at Northstar with its popular signature ice rink, restaurants, shops, ski lifts and entertainment.
