Belman Homes to Construct 45 Homes in Rolling Oaks II Subdivision

Beginning in the summer of 2012, Belman Homes will start constructing three phases of houses. The builder will construct as per the customer’s specifications as well as based on popular building models for buyers who are ready to move in on purchase.

Belman Homes is a home developer in the town of Waukesha and has acquired a 45-lot subdivision in the town. The place is called Rolling Oaks II. Since the initial development design has been accepted by the Town Planner, Belman homes can begin developing the lot in the summer of 2012 and begin building homes in early fall.

The Vice President of Belman Homes, David Belman said that the company is thrilled to have acquired Rolling Oaks II and said that he felt this town is a wonderful place to live with your family.

For more than 40 years, Belman Homes has been constructing homes in this town and is very popular both as a land developer as well as a home builder and a land developer. For the coming few years, the builder has decided to construct Rolling Oaks II in three distinct phases, each comprising 15 lots.

A key reason for purchasing the Rolling Oaks II subdivision was because he felt that customers will be attracted to its excellent schools, low taxes, spacious ¾ acre lots as well as nearness to Minooka Park and city amenities.

Minooka Park is a peaceful place with exclusive exercising space for small-breed and large-breed dogs. The park has a large number of entertainment opportunities that include fishing, archery, hiking and the like.
