A few features of the pool include a four-season spa, a sun shelf, waterfall, grotto, beach entry, 45-ft waterslide, sheer descent, freeform infinity edge, and fiber optic pool lights. Furthermore, the pool features a 2,000 GPM swim jet system for kayaking. The pool's infinity edge is provided with anchors on either side where a projection screen is mounted at the backyard for watching movie. iPhone-compatible pool controls were also been installed to have remote control over the outdoor living space.

Cipriano's patio renovation project in Upper Saddle River, NJ won the award of excellence for masonry. The natural stone Quartzite patio features the home’s architecture. The stone pattern, patio material, and stone veneer, together mark the style of the existing pool and the architecture of the home.

The landscape lighting and residential pool awards were presented to landscape architecture firm for a two-tiered pool and landscape in Paramus, NJ. The spa was built above the pool between two planting beds in the sloping yard. The pool was crafted on the back yard with a glass tile water wall linking the spa and pool.
