Deluxe Establishes New Facility for Manufacturing Precast Concrete Panels

DeLuxe Building Systems, the east coast’s largest independent steel and concrete modular building manufacturer, declared the unveiling of its innovative, onsite production facility to manufacture precast, noncombustible concrete panels. Intended to reduce the production time, DeLuxe will be benefited by the addition of this new facility.

With a concrete facility onsite, the pre-cast concrete panels for manufacturing process can be fabricated earlier, conserving a lot of time. This reduces the need for pouring the concrete floor panels on the production line as the precast panels have already been poured and cured well in advance. This will result in the reduction of overall production time, thereby improving the manufacturing process.

In addition to increased productivity on the assembly line, the non-combustible concrete panels have improved dimensional stability as well as rot, mold, and insect resistant properties.

DeLuxe Building Systems possesses over 400,000 sq ft of manufacturing facilities and provided with spacious capacity to construct over 1M sq ft per year. Customers across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States are being benefited through quality building solutions offered by DeLuxe. It also accepts construction projects and contracts, thereby accomplishing every project successfully.

DeLuxe has been providing systems-built construction services for more than 50 years. DeLuxe has an accelerated steel-framed modular production capacity in the industry and has been a pioneer in modular commercial constructions regarding hotels, student boarding, and apartments.
