BlueForge has declared that it has initiated the construction of a new design build parking garage that can accommodate 500 cars for the Bay Pines VA Medical Center Campus that is situated in Bay Pines, Florida.
BlueForge Breaks Ground On New Design Build Parking Garage at Bay Pines VA Medical Center
BlueForge has been presented with this $5,869,000 worth project based on a design build agreement with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs. The project scope includes preparing the site prior to construction, design, and finally building a new 205,000 gsf parking facility situated adjacent to the Bay Pines VA Medical Facility’s main hospital, in Bay Pines, FL.
Throughout the construction process, the hospital and surrounding facilities will continue to function normally. According to BlueForge’s Managing Partner, John B. Jackson, the firm considers this construction project to be important as it is concerned with constructing a parking structure for a hospital facility. The project is expected to be completed by December 2012.
