Republic West Remodeling to Renovate 22 Year Old Scottsdale Home
Republic West Remodeling, a remodeling company based in Phoenix has announced that it will remodel a 22-year old Scottsdale home. The remodeling project is expected to be completed over a period of six to eight weeks at a cost of $175,000 to $180,000.
The existing kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms will be remodeled completely to give it a new function and look. The current ceilings will be replaced with ceilings made of new materials. Additional enhancements include new paint, lighting fixtures, porcelain tile flooring and stairs made of Brazilian cherry hardwood.
Bedrooms of children who have moved out of the house recently will be turned into hobby rooms and offices. The home had very little enhancement options when it was first bought by the owners making it outdated over time. According to the owner of Republic West Remodeling Jim Wiesman, the company had great flexibility in customizing the house according to the requirements of the owners. The company focused more on making the best of available space and at the same time making it stylish and functional. For this project, the company also focused more on the entertainment factor and fulfilling the needs of the owners through their retirement. Republic West Remodeling also provides remodeling services to outdoor living spaces.
