Stock Construction Announces Plans for Fiddler’s Creek Community

US based Stock Construction has announced that it plans to construct a village named Majorca inside the Fiddler’s Creek Community located in Naples. Fiddler’s Creek is located close to Collier Boulevard and covers a total area of 4,000 ac ideally suited for 6,000 residences.

The Pinehurst II

As of now 1,700 residences have been completed. The village to be constructed by Stock Construction will feature four unique floor plans. The formal ground breaking ceremony for the construction will be held during this spring and the initial models are likely to be made available during the later part of 2012.

The four unique floor plans are the Scottsdale II, the Harbourtown II, the Greenbriar II and the Pinehurst II. The Scottsdale II is a one-story residence over an area of 2,719 of A/C sq. ft. and will feature three bedrooms, three bathrooms, dining room, living room, study and a lanai covered by screen. This residence is priced at $599,990.

The Harbourtown II comprises of a single story over an area of 2,815 A/C sq. ft. and is priced at $619,990. This plan will feature three bedrooms, three bathroos, great room, dining room, study and lanai covered by screen.

The Greenbriar II priced at $629,990 covers 2,949 A/C sq. ft. and will provide three bedrooms, four bathrooms, living room, family room, study and screen covered lanai. Lastly, the Pinehurst II will be priced at $654,990 and will cover an area of 2,890 A/C sq. ft. It will feature three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, dining room, great room, study and a cabana room with bath. All the residences will be made of steel reinforced concrete block and will have three-car garage.

Amenities include fitness centre, multi-pool swimming complex, tennis courts and restaurants. All the residences will feature high-quality fixtures and security systems.
