Acme Brick Introduces New ThinBRIK

US based brick company Acme Brick has introduced a new product named ThinBRIK which provides the look of a real brick. The new line of products offers low maintenance and savings in installation costs and can be used for both residential and commercial purposes.

ThinBRIK from Acme Brick Company is real brick. ThinBRIK comes in many color selections and includes corner pieces

The ThinBRIK utilizes a wall system that comprises lightweight metal panels where bricks are attached to each other using adhesive and are further attached with regular mortar.

A contrasting wall, which is ideally an interior residential application, can be completed with the use of ThinBRIK within a period of two days. For commercial applications, heavy duty panels are used in the system, offering comparable benefits and greater savings. Before installation, the panels are tested at wind loads of 150 mph at a height of 400’.

ThinBRIK is available in sizes of 2-1/4”x7-5/8” and a width of 1/2”. When this application is used for exterior and commercial applications it helps in creating larger savings.

According to Bill Seidel, who serves as the President of Marketing for Acme Brick, ThinBRIK can be used on existing structures since it does not require any additional wall support due to its lightweight. The product is being offered in a wide range of colours by the company across the country.

Acme Brick Company is part of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies that are headed by Warren Buffet.
