Sabal Homes, a new home building company based in Charleston, South Carolina, has opened its first model home in The Commons at Grand Oaks situated west of the Ashley.
The Commons at Grand Oaks, situated in Grand Oaks Plantation, is one of 12 individual residential neighborhoods with an entranceway from Bees Ferry Road. It is located on the west side of downtown Charleston.
The community offers spacious, relaxed environment and has various amenities such as walking and running trails, the Bees Landing Recreation Center, and neighborhood swimming pools.
The new model home at 117 Larissa Drive has Wadmalaw floor plan and it features 1,538 sq. ft. of space that is well used. An appealing hallway exposes a welcoming room and kitchen, which features a large island with granite countertops as well as a novel dining area that contains a built-in window seat. A spacious master bathroom on the upstairs has a sitting area, a separate tub, two sinks, a large bathroom with subway tiled shower and a walk in closet. The second floor has a laundry room, a guest bath and two additional bedrooms.
Kathy Jordan, The Commons at Grand Oaks’ Community Sales Manager, said that this community is the perfect locality for potential house buyers. Sabal Homes was founded in 2005 by Jason Simpson, Matt Jones and Todd Ussery.
