The new product affords wood safety and durability with just one coat, which is obtained with two or more coats with other standard wood stains. It is made of a mixed emulsion of water and oil and offers better care and penetration.
Wood can be coated with OneCoat Waterproofing Finish just hours after wood preparation, thus saving people a lot of time, unlike standard wood stains that can be applied only after days. It can be procured at The Home Depot. OneCoat Waterproofing Finish has a special ingredient that makes it fight mildew. Furthermore, the product is available in a range of pre-blended shades as well as natural wood color to which color pigments can be added to provide more shades. The distinctness of the shades is derived from the stain’s trans-oxide pigments. The stain is suitable for all kinds of wood with a penetrable surface which may be new wood or weathered wood exposed to various external elements. The product is oil-based and when it dries the surface can be easily cleaned with soap and water.
