Sophia Square, a luxury apartment residence in Carmel, IN, managed by Jupiter Communities, LLC, grabbed one of the 2012 Prodigy Awards during the 2012 Midwest Multifamily Exposition and Education Conference.
The Prodigy Awards, along with the individual Awards of Excellence, are presented annually by the Indiana Apartment Association during the President's Dinner on the second day of the annual convention.
Sophia Square received the prestigious award for Best Floor Plan (Communities 1-10 years in age) -- Under 800 square feet for their one-bedroom Monaco style floor plan.
