On Saturday, December 1, the Home Builder’s Association of Greater Chicago (HBAGC) honored Orren Pickell Building Group with a Gold and Crystal Key at the 40th annual HBAGC Key and SAMMY Awards ceremony. The KEY Awards program recognizes exceptional work in the home building industry each year. Orren Pickell Building Group received the evenings most prestigious honor; demonstrating the firm’s position as an industry leader in design and construction.

Orren Pickell Building Group received the coveted Crystal KEY in Recognition of Innovation and Creativity in Custom Homes for the firm’s Bannockburn residence. The firm was also awarded a Gold KEY in Recognition of Room Additions for a revamped Chicago residence. The homeowner wanted to enhance the existing space to accommodate her large family that visit frequently and completely update the kitchen. The design/build team at Orren Pickell Building Group transformed this urban abode into the dream home the client envisioned with an addition and transitional design elements.
