Franklin Place in TriBeCa, a new residential condominium in Lower Manhattan developed by El Ad Group, has announced ODA as the architect for the project, with interiors by Andres Escobar & Associates.
"The design of Franklin Place captures the true character of the neighborhood with custom-brick detailing and oversized windows, along with modern interiors featuring large open floor plans," states Eran Chen , Director of Design and Principal of ODA.
Situated on a quiet one-block street, the 20-story, 53-unit building will feature a number of luxury amenities including a private garage for residents, along with expansive views of TriBeCa.
"The interiors of Franklin Place are designed to appeal to Downtown Manhattan buyers with an elegant, contemporary look in a historic TriBeCa setting," states Andres Escobar , Founder and Design Director of Andres Escobar & Associates.
Condos for sale will range from open lofts, one and two bedroom apartments to three and four bedroom upper floor homes. Cantor & Pecorella is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the building, which is scheduled to commence sales in May 2013.
