On January 22, 2013, the best of this year's residential real estate sales, marketing and design was honored at The National Sales and Marketing Awards gala -- "The Nationals(SM)," as it is known to industry insiders.
Orleans Homes is happy to share that the company's North Division design center took home the Gold this year for Best Design Center.
An annual competition, and one of the industry's most prestigious, the 2013 awards ceremony attracted more than 500 building industry professionals to The Wynn Resort in Las Vegas during the International Builders' Show for a first-hand look at the most innovative and successful ideas from across the nation.
"Our industry continues to produce exceptional work, and we are thrilled to recognize the sales and marketing professionals who have made that happen," said Dorothy Tayloe , chair of The Nationals(SM).
"We had a talented team of dedicated vendors who worked collaboratively to create a design studio that would represent our new Orleans brand and provide a positive experience for our buyers," said Linda Kelley , Vice President of Marketing for Orleans Homes. North Division President John Evans adds, "The Bensalem design center has been really well-received by our customers and we couldn't be happier to receive this award."
A diverse panel of industry professionals from across the country chose this year's Gold winners from more than 700 entrants. Categories include advertising, architectural achievements, merchandising and more.
