TM Windows’ Florida’s Best is pleased to add its newest products, Designer Doors and Casement Windows, to its already existing line of top-quality windows, doors and custom-designed products.
The Designer Doors will offer elegance and practicality, boasting smooth and flush joinery on interior and exterior panels, decorative door handles as well as triple weather stripping that is fabric covered and foam filled providing top-notch protection from air and water penetration. These high-end, luxury doors provide a three-point locking system which increases security as well as sound, air and water infiltration. These doors are available in custom sizes eliminating the need for building out existing openings; this feature is not presently available in fiberglass. Options available include 3-way adjustable hinges, energy-efficient insulated low impact glass and custom color selections allowing the customer to chose the same color in and out or opt for a split finish.
The Designer Doors are uniquely crafted to include glass options with wrought iron, decorative glass, melted glass and shaped beveled edging which can be customized, creating an inviting entry into your customer’s homes. Constructed from maintenance free aluminum while still having a traditional “wood look” the Designer Doors also feature decorative molding surrounding the perimeter of the glass. These doors are available for both residential and multi-story buildings.
Also available is our Casement Window, providing an eye-catching look while offering the practicality of maximum ventilation. Available in custom sizes, the Casement Window comes standard with 7/16” laminated impact glass, 3” deep frame, multi-point locking system, contoured snap on screen, stainless concealed hinges, fold away crank handle and triple weather-stripping.
Other options available include: 1” insulated impact glass, 9/16” impact glass, a wide variety of glass tints, several energy efficient low-e options and egress hinges. Also available are custom colors, split finish and wood grain finishes providing even the most selective buyer the distinctive look they desire.
