SC Builders is pleased to announce that they were awarded Engineering News Record (ENR) California's Award of Merit for Interiors/Tenant Improvement for their Intuit Cook Campus Center project, a LEED Gold tenant improvement campus center completed in September 2012. One of only two general contractors to receive an award in the Interiors category, SC Builders received California and Hawaii's highest recognition for Interiors.
ENR California is a statewide construction, architecture, and engineering publication. Its Best Projects Competition is an annual program that recognizes the best construction projects, and the companies that design and build them in the United States. Nominees are judged on criteria such as overcoming challenges and teamwork, safety, innovation and contribution to the industry.
