Ryland Homes Receives 7 Silver Awards from NAHB’s 2014 Nationals

Ryland Homes, one of the nation’s premier new homebuilders, is extremely proud to be the recipient of 7 Silver Awards from the 2014 Nationals.

Hosted by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), The Nationals pays tribute to superior sales and marketing achievements by individual professionals, homebuilders and associates, and sales and marketing councils. Silver Award Winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Gold Award, which will be announced and presented February 4, in Las Vegas.

Four Ryland Homes communities across the country were recognized with the following awards:

Fairbrook Estates at Scripps Ranch in San Diego, CA

  • Best Architectural Design of a Single-Family 3,000 to 4,000 square feet
  • Best Computer Sales Tool

Melrose at Pavilion Park in Irvine, CA

  • Detached Community of the Year
  • Best Outdoor Living Space
  • Best Interior Merchandising of a Model 3,000 to 4,000 square feet

Coal Creek Village North in Lafayette, CO

  • Best Interior Merchandising of a Model under 2,000 square feet

Legacy in Carmel, IN

  • Best Interior Merchandising of a Model 3,000 to 4,000 square feet
