Epcylon, Allied REIT Collaborate to Introduce Sustainable Building Technologies into Canada

Epcylon Technologies, Inc. ("Epcylon" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the cooperation with Allied REIT for the implementation of a cross-border technology transfer pilot in the area of sustainable building technologies. With the establishment of a "German HAUS" identified for the location of 185 King Street in downtown Toronto, Epcylon is taking a lead position in promoting green energy efforts in the Canadian market place.

Vice President of Technology for Allied REIT, Mr. John Chung, stated "we are very excited about the opportunity to initiate this pilot project with Epcylon and its German partners, as we believe that reducing the carbon footprint when operating buildings is a key green initiative. We look forward to create a new industry standard and appreciate the cutting edge technologies that Epcylon is able to bring to the table."

Epcylon CTO, Michael Ruhl, attested that "the cooperation with Allied REIT will allow us to introduce sustainable technologies into Canada that we have been working on in Germany for the past 10 years. Due to high energy prices, Germany has been forced to be at the forefront of energy savings, which has been the core of our business at Ruhl. Having been awarded the Environmental Prize in 2008, we are now excited to bring our know-how to North America and look forward to working with the Allied team."
