Scottsdale home remodeling company, Republic West Remodeling, announced it has begun the second phase of a remodeling project for a Scottsdale Country Club Village homeowner's vacation home. A private gated community, Scottsdale Country Club Village is located on north Hayden Road in Scottsdale, Arizona. The development offers beautiful views of the McDowell Mountains.
The project involves adding a 370 square-foot second floor bedroom. Of the total added space, 250 square feet will extend over the existing garage. The remaining space will be gained by enclosing an existing balcony. Altogether, the new space will provide a small living area, expanded closets, private bedroom, private bath and walkout balcony.
With 90 days to complete the project, which began on January 6, 2014, Republic West Remodeling is nearing completion. The move-in date is set for April 7, 2014. This project will be completed successfully on time and on budget.
