South Florida-based Beauchamp Construction Company – which began its work in 1936 and in the years since, has successfully completed hundreds of marquee projects including the Alhambra Towers; and the Club at Brickell Bay – will oversee the construction of the six-story Costa Hollywood structures. The company's portfolio includes national monuments; medical facilities; commercial buildings; retail establishments; and government projects. Current projects include Baltus House condominium and PortMiami Tunnel Support Buildings.

The company boasts more than 40 years of experience on more than 9,000 projects. South Florida operations include: The University of Florida Research Academic Center; Miami Airport Link; W Resort and Residences Ft. Lauderdale; and the new Marlins Stadium.
