Extech Building Materials, an industry-leading provider of building materials and services for professional builders and contractors, announced today that the company has completed the acquisition of Pasvalco, a natural stone supplier and custom stone fabricator in Closter, N.J. with a long reputation for quality and integrity.
With this acquisition Extech has added the ability to fabricate everything from a simple veneer panel to an ornate carving, for any type of stone, from Bluestone to Granite to Marble.

The acquisition further extends Extech's product line by broadening its offerings of stone veneers and pavers, as well as adding the unique ability to custom fabricate stone into various architectural designs and configurations.
