ADF GROUP INC. announces the award of new orders totalling $40 million in Canada and the United States.
The largest of these contracts includes the fabrication, the shop drawings, the supply of raw material (steel) and the delivery of the steel structure of a commercial building, as part of a major real estate project in New York City. The other contracts involve the fabrication of steel structures for industrial buildings for different projects in Northeastern U.S.A, West of the Great Lakes and in the Province of Quebec. Work will be carried out at both of ADF's fabrication plants in Terrebonne, Quebec and in Great Falls, Montana. In addition, some of these contracts will require specialized industrial coating and will mark the very first projects carried out at the Corporation's new paint shop in Great Falls, which will be operational in the coming weeks.
The work on these new contracts will start in the coming weeks and extend until the first half of the Corporation's 2016 fiscal year.
Mr. Jean Paschini, Co-Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, points out that, "these new orders are evidence of the trust the clients place in ADF's expertise and confirm the Corporation's positioning and development strategy. ADF has carried out several ambitious and large-scale projects in New York City over the past two decades, and this major contract, which was concluded with a client with whom we have worked in the past, once again attests to our teams' expertise in major structural steel achievements".
