Architectural Record Magazine Recognizes Two of Hubbell Lighting’s LED Lighting Products

Hubbell Lighting, a world leader in lighting innovation, announced today that two of its LED lighting products have been recognized as 2014 Record Products by Architectural Record magazine. Both the Architectural Area Lighting KicK™ and Beacon Products Ceileo were selected for their outstanding innovation, usefulness and aesthetics. The company has now received 38 awards this year and over 100 awards over the last three years.

“At Hubbell Lighting, we’re committed to introducing truly innovative lighting solutions—Architectural Area Lighting KicK™ and Beacon Products Ceileo are shining examples of that commitment,” said Kevin Poyck, Vice President and General Manager of Commercial and Industrial at Hubbell Lighting. “Architectural Record magazine has an outstanding track record of selecting some of the industry’s best building products and we are honored by their recognition.”

Every year, Architectural Record magazine’s editors ask manufacturers to send the best new building products and invite a jury of architects, designers, and product specialists to review new innovations. Jurors were asked to rate the entries on the criteria of innovation, usefulness, and, where applicable, aesthetics. A jury of six professionals selected the best new products from among 500 entries submitted for this year’s competition.

The following are the 2014 Record Products from Hubbell Lighting’s brands:
