Schumacher Homes, is honored to have received the Gold National Award at the 2015 International Builders Show in Las Vegas, NV, one of the building industry's most prestigious events. This event celebrates innovation, creativity and excellence in architectural design.
Schumacher Homes wins Gold National Award for design for Multi-generational living home. The Heritage reflects one story living at its best with a split bedroom design that allows privacy while keeping the family connected to the open floor plan. It is a gorgeous 2163 square foot home, complete with a wonderful dual master suite.
The Heritage model home in Shreveport, LA – won the Best Multi-Generational, Living Space award – the highest honor for multi-generational design as decided by a distinguished panel of judges. In addition to the gold award Schumacher Homes won in the multi-generational category – this home was also chosen as a Silver Award winner in the Best of 50+ Housing category.

Although this home includes this beautiful second master suite, because Schumacher Homes is truly a custom home builder this feature can easily be removed from the design to fit the homeowner's needs. In addition to theses awards Schumacher Homes was honored to be recognized with silver awards in the categories of Best Architectural Design for a Single Family Home 2,000-2,499 sq. ft., their Charlotte Grand Opening event and TV commercial – "Entertaining with friends."
