Peab has been contracted to build a new office building in Arenastaden, Solna. The property will be classified as Miljöbyggnad level gold. The client is Fabege and the contract amounts to approximately SEK 435 million.
The contract covers the construction of a garage floor, commercial space in the ground floor and seven office floors. Gross area of the new building is approximately 24,000 sqm.

The project is a turnkey contract. Work will begin immediately and will be completed in May 2017.
The project will be reported in the first quarter 2015.
