Ezifloor Plans to Expand its Facilities with New State-of-the-Art Underlay Factory

Today, we are excited to formally announce a major expansion of our facilities with a new state-of-the-art underlay factory coupled with distribution facilities and offices to be built over a 27 acre site. The new site will increase floor space fourfold with room for future expansion. This represents a significant expansion in both space and capacity enabling us to fulfill customer orders at peak periods and allowing room to capture increased market share.

Mike Ainsworth from Architectural Services says, "The brief from our client with whom we have worked for many years was to use environmentally-friendly materials and sustainable building technologies, to reduce emissions and save energy, and as ever be relentless in reducing costs at every level of the design stage."

EziFloor's ambition is to establish an underlay factory built for the future to maximise its growth potential, the move from our existing site will allow us to become the leading independent underlay manufacturer. Based on our current double digit growth we will quickly outgrow our current site.

"We have been consistent in our strategy to grow organically, extending our product offering by introducing flooring accessories and revamping our underlay offering for our UK customers, off the back of this strong UK performance we are dedicated to creating bespoke products for the export market," says Sales Director Shazad Bashir.

EziFloor is a UK based manufacturer of PU foam underlays. Our products are extensively used for domestic and commercial carpet installations. We have a number of distinctive brands tailored for all levels of the market.
