Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces has reached an agreement with Maderas y Sinteticos (Masisa) to supply Masisa’s High Pressure Laminate (HPL) design line in Mexico, effective immediately.
Wilsonart will produce the HPL at its existing North American manufacturing facilities to supply Masisa Mexico’s customers, including Masisa’s broad distribution network of Placacentros. As part of the agreement, Wilsonart will also re-assume the Wilsonart brand and trademark for Mexico.
“We look forward to working with Masisa to serve their customer needs in Mexico,” says Timothy J. O’Brien, CEO of Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces. “This allows us to expand our HPL designs in Mexico and our strategic alliance with Masisa.”
