Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. announced today that it has acquired Statewide Wholesale, a distributor of residential and commercial roofing and related products located in Denver, Colorado.
Founded in 1983 by Randy and Dawn Rehbein, the Statewide acquisition provides Beacon with a new location on Denver’s south side to better serve customers across the whole Denver metropolitan area.
Statewide founder Randy Rehbein, who will remain with the Company, stated: "Dawn and I are thrilled to pass the torch to Beacon, which presents a tremendous opportunity for Statewide’s loyal customers and employees.
