Peab Commissioned to Construct 166 New Rental Apartments in Central Malmö

Peab has been commissioned to build 166 new rental apartments in central Malmö. The client is MKB Fastighets AB and the contract amounts to approximately SEK 327 million.

In the neighborhood, there will be eleven LSS apartments, kindergarten, restaurant, cafe and cellar.

The contract is a turnkey contract with a construction start in May 2016 and will be completed in December 2018.

The project will be reported in the first quarter in 2016.

Peab is the Nordic Community Builder with some 13,000 employees and net sales exceeding SEK 44 billion. The Group has strategically located offices in Sweden, Norway and Finland. The share is listed on NASDAQ Stockholm. The registered office of the Group is at Förslöv, Skåne in south of Sweden.
