WHAT: A groundbreaking ceremony will mark the launch of Menlo Gateway, a 16-acre mixed-use development in Menlo Park, Calif. that will transform a dated industrial park into a vibrant urban center.

The first phase of the project includes a 200,000-square-foot eight-story office building, an 11-story Marriott Autograph Collection® hotel, outdoor event facilities, and a state-of-the-art 40,000-square-foot Bay Club fitness facility. Phase II will include two additional office buildings totaling 500,000 square feet.
The project is located east of Highway 101 near Marsh Rd.
