Highest Performance Rating by Leading Consumer Reporting Publication Received by Cita-Drain

Citra-Drain, a natural enzyme-based drain opener used in household and light duty commercial applications, was given the highest performance rating within its category by a leading consumer reporting magazine. The drain opener is part of a line of naturally derived, environment-friendly household and personal care products from Connecticut-based Citra-Solv, LLC.

According to Citra-Solv, LLC Founder Melissa Zeitler, Citra-Drain outperformed other enzyme-based drain cleaners, which the consumer publication recommended as a safer, more environmentally friendly alternative to toxic, lye-based drain cleaners. "It's encouraging to see our product being put to the test by an independent laboratory, and coming out on top," said Zeitler. "It's a validation of the work we do to develop products that are both powerful and responsible."

Citra-Drain, which is made with natural, biodegradable enzymes, and natural bacterial cultures that attack and safely digest drain buildup, is available in a 22-ounce bottle with a child-proof cap. The product is part of an entire line of natural products including Citra-Solv cleaner and degreaser, as well as Citra-Dish dishwashing detergent, Citra-Suds laundry detergent, and several other household cleaning and personal care products.
