Encouraging Innovation In Small Businesses

The Staffordshire & Black Country Business Innovation Centre is part of a European Business Network of over 150 Business Innovation Centres. These centres assist businesses and individuals to evaluate and develop inventions, innovations and technology related ideas. Details of the BIC can be found at their website.

Most services are free of charge and include identification and development of innovative ideas, design and prototyping, Intellectual Property advice, market research and finance. The BIC also runs a series of seminars and workshops that encourage innovation.
