The unique new 3857 Sandflex® Easy-Cut Bi-metal Bandsaw Blade from Bahco Metal Saws Ltd virtually eliminates problems of blade choice for multi-purpose cutting. The patented tooth design of the Easy-Cut family of blades allows the same TPI (Tooth Per Inch) to be used for different materials, shapes and sizes, prevents tooth stripping and minimises premature wear, thus ensuring longer blade life and less downtime.

The Easy-cut is suitable for cutting non-ferrous materials including plastics, mild and low alloy steels, cast steel and alloys - even tool and stainless steels. Bundles of different materials can be cut without problems, and the combination tooth design reduces vibration.
