MDU Resources Acquire McElroy and Wilken

Knife River Corporation, a subsidiary of MDU Resources have acquired McElroy and Wilken, Inc, a privately owned ready mix, sand and gravel company. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

McElroy and Wilken will become part of JTL Group, a subsidiary of Knife River.

McElroy and Wilken was founded in 1945 and has been passed down through three generations. Based in Kalispell, Montana, USA, they are a leading local aggregate mining and ready mix supplier.
