Cultural Project on Glass Launched by Montreal Museum Board

The Board of Montreal Museum Directors launches Montreal, City of Glass: A Tale of Innovation, an imaginative cultural project ongoing from February to December 2010 which will offer exhibitions and activities surrounding the theme of glass from within twenty-five museums and cultural networks.

The event will explore glass through four different themes: art, architecture, history and science. Also offered will be an event passport (3 days of museum + transport) accompanied by special hotel rates, and the Open House Day, (the Montreal Museums Day, on Sunday May 30, 2010).
