This one-of-a-kind "1 & 10 Limited Warranty" is now available at the more than 150 retail sales centers located throughout the western and mid-western United States.
According to industry sources, this is the first time in home building history that the builder of the homes has backed a 10-year warranty. Karsten's commitment to quality and 100 percent homeowner satisfaction allows it to become the building industry's first ever company to be able to stand behind their homes with such an assurance of protection.
The first year of the new Karsten Homes warranty covers the major components of the home, including plumbing, heating and cooling systems, cabinets, painting, windows, insulation, electrical, countertops, doors and hardware, exterior siding, floor coverings and roof. The industry's only manufacturer backed 10-year protection ensures the home will be free from all structural defects for 10 years.
