Construction and Plant: Transport Seminar

The Freight Transport Association is holding two one-day seminars aimed at transport management staff in the construction and plant sector. Delegates will receive expert advice on the latest legal developments in the use of rebated fuels, driver management, working time, dangerous goods, overloading, operational best practice and an overall legislation update.

Speakers will include FTA’s renowned expert on drivers’ hours and working time Joan Williams; FTA dangerous goods expert Chris MacRae and a representative from FTA’s Member Advice Centre. Delegates will also hear from VOSA, HM Customs & Excise and the Construction and Plant Association.

The seminar will also provide comprehensive guidance on the future legislation linked to digital tachographs and ‘O’ licensing.
