Caruso Offers Residential Homes in Prince George's County

Maryland homebuilder Caruso Homes has begun construction of homes at three Caruso Homes communities in Prince George's County, said Jeff Caruso, president of Caruso Homes.

At River Gate Estates, Caruso Homes is building a "Rembrandt" model from the company's Colonial Series for a family moving to the community from Laurel, Md. Located in Clinton, Md., River Gate Estates offers four and five bedroom homes situated near parks and a tributary of the Potomac. River Gate Estates homes, with access to area amenities, are on one-acre lots and are priced from the $300s to $600s. Home sites are still available.

Caruso Homes has also started construction of a home at Ashton Estates, Bowie, Md., with custom features for a homeowner moving from Virginia. With a sunroom and finished basement, this home will be a "masterpiece," Caruso said.  Ashton Estates homes begin in the low-$400s and are on quarter-acre lots convenient to Washington, D.C., Baltimore and Annapolis.

The third home now under construction is at Wilshire Estates in Laurel, Md. Caruso Homes is building the final home in the community on a one-third acre lot backing to a wooded area and is offering the home for sale. This is an opportunity to purchase a new home in an established neighborhood, according to Caruso. Pricing for "The Princeton" model begins at $534,740.

To learn more about Caruso Homes communities in Prince George's County, Caruso Homes has two regional sales centers: Timber Ridge Regional Sales Center, 6601 Cork Tree Way, Clinton, MD 20735, and the Caruso Homes Regional Sales Center North, at Palisades at Oak Creek, 201 Garden Gate Lane, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774. At either location, home buyers can tour fully decorated models, "build" dream homes at the interactive floor plan stations, choose the ideal home site using up-to-the-minute site plans and learn about the "Save & Sell" program, designed to help homeowners sell their existing homes when they're ready to buy a new home from the Caruso Homes communities.
