Custom-Bilt metals becomes the Latest Member of PPG's Certified Metal Panel Program

PPG Industries (NYSE:PPG) announced that Custom-Bilt Metals, Chino, Calif., has joined the PPG Certified Metal Panel Program (PPG/CMPP).

PPG/CMPP is a certification program administered by the PPG coil and extrusion coatings group. It gives architects a direct channel to elite metal panel manufacturers certified by PPG to apply high-performance Duranar, Duranar ULTRA-Cool and Coraflon fluoropolymer coatings to metal building components, or to specify, design, fabricate or install aluminum components pre-painted with these coatings.

Tony Chiovare, president of Custom-Bilt Metals, said his company is pleased to be the first West Coast firm in PPG/CMPP. “Custom-Bilt Metals has always been on the leading edge of innovation for metal panel and roof performance and design,” he said. “The expanded partnership with PPG is the latest step in our ongoing commitment to deliver high-quality painted metal panel and roof solutions to architects and builders throughout the West Coast, Gulf Coast and Hawaii.”
