LEED for Homes Program Providers - Request for Qualifications

The U.S. Green Building Council is seeking organizations to support the pilot demonstration of the LEED for Homes Rating System. This request for qualifications (RFQ) recognizes the expertise that exists in the residential marketplace and invites these candidates to provide LEED for Homes support services to pilot home builders. Based on the submittals received, the USGBC will select approximately 7 to 11 local or regional organizations to become approved Program Providers during the LEED for Homes Pilot Demonstration that is scheduled to run through early 2006.

Please Note: This is not a call for pilot projects. Because a pilot project must be supported by a LEED for Homes Program Provider in its area, the selection process based on the above RFQ must be complete before determining which markets will be targeted for LEED for Homes pilot demonstration projects. The request for proposals (RFP) for pilot projects will be posted shortly after the LEED for Homes Program Providers have been selected.
