RAMCO Offers New Eco-Friendly Landscape Product

If you're thinking about what materials to use while building your dream garden or backyard, then the industry innovators at Recycled Aggregate Materials Company (RAMCO) would like you to consider thinking 'green' with their newest eco-friendly rock landscaping solution, GreenRock®.

GreenRock

An entirely new concept to the landscaping earth-friendly market, GreenRock is transforming gardens and landscape projects from ordinary to extraordinary — with its unique natural color and texture which is the result of a special blend of concrete roofing tiles, concrete paving stones and concrete block that have been recycled.

Whether you reside in the desert or near the docks, these days cities are facing major water shortages — driving homeowners to search for a water-saving and low maintenance solution to keep up their beautifully landscaped yard. GreenRock has you covered on both counts:  it can produce the ultimate finishing touch to a drought tolerant landscape and, since GreenRock doesn't actually grow 'green', there's virtually no maintenance to keep your yard looking like paradise.

GreenRock is available in two sizes: Coarse or Fine — allowing homeowners or landscape architects to mix and match based on the project at hand.  For lining walkways, paths, and smaller flower beds, the fine size (3/8") would be the fitting choice.  However, when taking on bigger projects such as large flower beds or entire yards — the Coarse size (1") is the rock to go with, and will add a natural look and feel to any outdoor space.

"By diverting waste concrete from landfills, we're able to create a completely earth-friendly solution for both residential and commercial landscape projects," says Kenneth Newman, Executive Vice President of RAMCO. "We've already received a tremendous response to the product, and have no doubt that in this eco-conscious market, GreenRock will make a dynamic impact with both new and existing customers."

GreenRock contains no added coloring and is conveniently packaged in a 1/2 cubic ft. bag.  It's currently available at RAMCO locations in Sun Valley and Rialto, CA.
