Lee Technologies, the leading provider of complete data center solutions and resources to some of the most data-reliant corporations and government organizations in the world, announced today it has been awarded a multimillion-dollar contract by Stream Data Centers, L.P., to design, build and manage a new business-critical facility to support the data management needs of future corporate tenants in Richardson, Texas, a suburb of Dallas.

“We selected Lee Technologies because they have an impressive roster of global customers in both the private and public sectors, a strong track record of designing and managing world-class, mission-critical facilities and maintaining secure data center operations 24/7/365,” said Paul Moser, Stream Data Centers’ co-managing director and partner.

The facility, which can be devised for up to four customers, is scheduled for completion and commissioning in August 2010.

“We are excited to be supporting Stream Data Centers in their development of a state-of-the-art data center for the greater Dallas area,” said John Lee, Lee Technologies’ chairman and CEO. “As a leader in the data center industry, Stream shares our commitment to excellence in developing innovative and environmentally friendly facilities. We look forward to providing a comprehensive data center design together with maintenance support that gives tenants a reliable and secure location for their business-critical data needs.”

In addition to design-build services, Lee Technologies also specializes in data center consulting services, equipment integration, commissioning and operations, and maintenance support.
