Butler University and American Campus Communities to Celebrate Groundbreaking of Sunset Student Residences

American Campus Communities, Inc., the largest owner, manager and developer of high-quality student housing properties in the U.S., today reported that on Friday, May 8, the company and Butler University will celebrate the groundbreaking of the Sunset Student Residences, a state-of-the-art, 633-bed sophomore residence hall that will substantially improve and modernize Butler’s student housing options. A ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. at the construction site adjacent to the Irwin Library parking lot.

Presidio Residential and Meritage Break Ground on Richards Farm Community in Arvada

Presidio Residential Capital and Meritage Homes have broken ground on Richards Farm, a 125-home infill community on 32 acres in Arvada. Vertical construction will begin in August, and homes will be available for sale in the fall of 2015. Presidio Residential completed the land banking transaction with a $12.8 million commitment into the development of Richards Farm.

Enterprise Products Partners to Build Midland-to-Sealy Pipeline to Transport Crude Oil and Condensate

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. today announced it has executed long-term agreements that support development of a new 416-mile, 24-inch diameter pipeline to transport crude oil and condensate from the company’s Midland, Texas terminal to its Sealy storage facility west of Houston. From Sealy, the new pipeline would link to Enterprise’s ECHO terminal through an interconnect with the Rancho II pipeline, which is scheduled to be in service in July 2015. Through ECHO, customers will have direct access to every refinery in Houston, Texas City, Beaumont and Port Arthur, as well as Enterprise’s dock facilities.
