Gradus Launches New Addition To Esplanade Plus Range

Gradus has launched Esplanade Plus Open, a heavy duty, engineered primary entrance mat.

The open construction product reinforces the company’s reputation for producing quality, durable matting for use in high traffic and demanding environments and complements Esplanade Plus, Gradus’ existing closed construction offering.

Esplanade Plus Open is manufactured from aluminium scrapers together with 100% solution dyed nylon wipers and complements Boulevard 6000, Gradus’ range of secondary barrier matting.

The new product also complies with all current legislation including Building Regulation 2000 Approved Document M. The innovative new product features flexible PVC hinges, which allow for minor undulations on the surface of the mattwell, offering flexibility under foot. In addition, holes incorporated into the linking strips, allow dirt and moisture to pass easily through into the matwell.

Suitable for internal use, Esplanade Plus Open is easy to clean and exceptionally hard wearing, making it the ideal solution for buildings which need to withstand high trolley and foot traffic, across both commercial and public sector environments.

Gradus Matting is part of the Gradus Group, a leading contract interior finishes company that manufacturers a comprehensive range of interior products for a variety of contract markets. Providing end users, designers, specifiers and contractors with a one-stop-shop, Gradus’ offering is made up of barrier matting systems, complementary flooring accessories, wall protection systems and step and aisle lighting, as well as contract carpet ranges and upholstery and soft furnishing fabrics.
