Bird Construction Income Fund announced that a subsidiary of the Fund has executed a $118 million fixed price contract with Defense Construction Canada for the design and construction of the Pleasantville Consolidation Project located in St. John's, Newfoundland. Construction will commence immediately and is expected to be completed by the fall of 2013.
