Mapei have launched MapeStik, a ready mixed paste adhesive manufactured in compliance with European standards to classification D1T.

MapeStik is manufactured in our UK factory at Halesowen and is suitable for the internal installation of all types of ceramic and mosaic tiles. MapeStik is a ready to use, non-slip adhesive with high initial grab and is ideal for domestic kitchens and bathrooms. MapeStik can be used to install ceramic and mosaic tiles over gypsum plasterboard, gypsum plaster and gypsum block walls, also cement-based renders and cured reinforced concrete walls. When set, MapeStik has a high bond strength and is sufficiently deformable for moderate vibration and deformation of building materials.

MapeStik is available in 15kg and 22kg buckets. MapeStik is an adhesive in water dispersion based on synthetic resins, selectively graded minerals and various additives.
