Dynamic Ventures Corporation (OTC:BB: DYNV), is pleased to announce it has signed the final contract to build a four-story, 84-room Comfort Suites Hotel in Bossier, Louisiana, a $5.4 million project. This is the first signed contract in DYNV's $50 million-plus current domestic pipeline.

Interest in the company's unique approach continues to grow as shown by the number of multi-million dollar projects moving toward the final contract phase.
