Hollenbach Construction, Inc., an experienced general contractor and construction manager specializing in senior housing; commercial, industrial & institutional construction services, pre-engineered metal buildings, construction management services and more, is proud to announce the recent groundbreaking of three new buildings at the River Station Business Park in Downingtown, PA.
The River Station Business Park was designed by John Lister Architects of West Chester, PA and will be overseen by the capital program manager for the project, Constructure Management, Inc. of Malvern, PA. These buildings will mark the second, third and fourth buildings built in this business park by Hollenbach Construction.
The project currently consists of a one-story, 4,500 square foot building which will house local District Justice offices, a two-story, 7,500 square foot office / warehouse which will be occupied by Baar Products, and a 5,300 square foot office / warehouse which will be occupied by Beyond Components. All buildings will be built with load-bearing masonry walls consisting of both split-face and ground-face block. The roof system will be wood trusses with architectural shingles and standing-seam metal roof accents.
“Hollenbach was selected for the project based on their creative cost saving ideas, competitive pricing, and strong background in this type of building product,” said Chip McAteer of Constructure Management.
For 42 years Hollenbach Construction has completed work on additions, renovations, and restorations to existing buildings as well as new multi-million dollar facilities.
