Enduris Launches New Co-Extruded Composite Railing System

Enduris®, a leading manufacturer of cellular PVC decking, railing, and vinyl fencing, has just announced the introduction of a new Code-Approved PVC Coated Composite Railing System.

The new line of high style, low-maintenance railing called Encore™ has met stringent 3rd party audit and testing requirements, is supported with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. The new railing product was launched at the 2011 International Builders Show in Orlando, Florida.

"Our customers and prospects wanted a high-quality railing system that would work well with our cellular PVC decking, and meet code approval at the same time," said Rick Wearne, sales and marketing manager at Enduris. "We kept the offering simple to start with-three rail styles for plenty of design options-but in just one very popular color, white. Additional colors are planned in the near future."

Encore™ PVC-Coated Composite Railing from Enduris is available in three profiles:

  • Series 100 -- a stylish 2" x 3.5" rectangular profile
  • Series 200 --a two-piece T-Rail style with a flat cap
  • Series 300 --Small Contour

The railing system is available in white, and comes in a kitted box, complete with balusters, hardware and easy-to-follow installation instructions. Posts are designed to sleeve over 4 x 4 treated wood uprights or used with post tower mounts, and are sold separately. There are matching accessories, such as post caps and trim rings, as well as special brackets and hardware for stair applications.
