Har-Bro, Inc., an award-winning, California-based emergency services and restoration company is proudly celebrating its 50th year of servicing clients. Har-Bro’s services include mitigating damage from water, mold, fire, and earthquakes, as well as property reconstruction and restoration.

“We are honored and humbled that our clients have relied on us and continue to rely on us during stressful times when their properties are damaged due to disastrous circumstances,” said Jim Franklin, president of Har-Bro, Inc. “We are extremely thankful both for the trust our customers have placed in us, and for our valued family of employees,” he continued. “Of the many things that have enabled us to successfully grow over the last 50 years, our dedicated employees are one of the most important drivers of that growth.”

"Our management is proud to say that we have enjoyed watching our employees grow with the company,” acknowledges Franklin. “It’s a great feeling to know that you have played a small part in an employee’s family and share in that family’s successes.”

Since 1961, Har-Bro has offered 24/7/365 expert mitigation, reconstruction and restoration for damaged properties such as high-rise buildings, large-scale commercial office and residential complexes, multi-family structures, condominiums, commercial tilt-up and high-end residential projects.

Har-Bro’s highly-experienced estimators and restoration teams include 250 employees in nine locations spanning five states. To date, Har-Bro has successfully completed more than 65,000 restoration jobs.

“Throughout our many years in business, our company philosophy has been to stay at the forefront of technology and training, in addition to utilizing the highest-quality in materials,” said Franklin. “Our customers can attest to the fact that we have nothing but the most talented and committed employees, always ready to rebuild their damaged buildings as quickly as possible.”

“Because our mission is ‘Providing victims of disaster with immediate restoration services with the utmost integrity, dedication to quality and outstanding customer service’, we not only have become the largest, but also the oldest privately-held restoration company on the west coast,” comments Fred Gladney, vice president of marketing and business development. “Har-Bro’s executive team, including the CEO and President, have first-hand experience in the construction field and know just how tough a job it can be crawling through the guts of a building to assess or restore. We utilize that real-world construction knowledge to properly repair a damaged property, giving customers lasting value.”

In addition to restoring properties damaged by fire or smoke, water, wind, earthquake, mold damage and much more, Har-Bro brings its customers added value by providing business continuity planning, educational classes, service agreements, site walk-throughs with utility vendors and emergency profile documentation.

Since its inception, Har-Bro has worked in unison with many local law enforcement and firefighting agencies to immediately assess and mitigate damage from natural disasters, fire, vandalism and much more.
